Challenges

5.11 Tactical was using several different carrier-provided shipping software applications to process their shipments. But once they started to ramp up their shipping to more than 500 shipments per day, they began to experience serious productivity and inflexibility issues.

To solve these problems, 5.11 Tactical began looking for a vendor that could provide a single-platform solution that supported ALL their carriers. They also wanted a shipping system that allowed them to load their own custom rates and base the freight they charged to their clients on that data.

How EasyPost enterprise helped

5.11 Tactical eliminated their carrier-provided shipping systems and loaded all rates and services on the EasyPost Enterprise platform, integrating with their existing WMS. In doing so, they increased efficiency, accuracy, and productivity, reduced training time, and enhanced customer service. More importantly, EasyPost Enterprise gave 5.11 Tactical the capacity to efficiently process larger shipping volumes as it expanded into new markets.
