Design thinking

01.

Research & Discovery

Begin with discovery to frame the problem space and align on user needs, business goals, and success criteria. Through collaborative workshops and structured discussions, we challenge assumptions, identify opportunities, and define a clear, validated direction before moving into execution.

02.

Strategy & Creative Direction

Strategy is foundational to delivering effective, outcome-driven product experiences. By applying design thinking, we align user needs, business objectives, and technical constraints to define a clear, actionable direction. This strategy is closely connected to creative and interaction design, ensuring that product decisions are translated into intuitive, cohesive, and scalable user experiences.

03.

Design & Development

This phase focuses on execution—translating validated ideas into functional, user-centered solutions. Based on project goals and scope, work may include interaction and visual design, system implementation, and front-end development. Design and development are closely integrated to ensure experiences are cohesive, technically sound, and ready for real-world use.

04.

Quality Assurance

While stepping into a IC or Staff role a lot of my responsibilities were to be the final quality gatekeeper for the user experience. I will act as the "eyes" of the design team during the development cycle, performing detailed design QA to verify that the engineering output perfectly aligns with approved visual specifications and interaction designs.
