As a staff product designer for this project. I collaborated with product managers, and the engineering team. While the company is a startup the team is lean in order to deliver and ship fast. My role touched every aspect of design, qa-testing and delivering assets.

As this is a huge project, we released new features in phases, we kept iterating and working with the engineering team in phases. Collaborating and efficiency was our goal as well as maintaining HIPPA LAWS around our users privacy.

Cross-functional collaboration was the focus of our recent design sprints. By bringing together Product Designers, Product Managers, and Creatives, we generated fresh ideas and ensured team alignment. The shared goal: enhancing the consumer experience through immediate, user-centric problem-solving and validating user data to drive enhancements by accessing clarity which is a web service that captures how people use your site.
