As a Principal Product Designer, I spearheaded the end-to-end design and research strategy for a complex enterprise platform tailored to the automotive industry. By conducting deep-dive ethnographic research and stakeholder workshops, I translated intricate supply chain and manufacturing workflows into a cohesive, scalable digital ecosystem.

My work focused on harmonizing high-density data visualization with intuitive user journeys, ensuring that frontline operators and executive leadership alike could leverage real-time insights to drive operational efficiency. Through rigorous usability testing and cross-functional collaboration with engineering and product teams, I delivered a robust design system that modernized legacy processes and set a new standard for enterprise-grade automotive software.

Collaborated closely with product owners and engineering team during the development lifecycle to ensure pixel-perfect, defect-free implementation of the the brand.

  • Pairing with engineering: Successfully bridged the gap between Design and Engineering. More than moving beyond "handing over files" but towards shared ownership of a single technical reality.

  • Process Architecture: Established and refine end-to-end design workflows—from initial component intake to developer handoff—reducing friction and increasing velocity.

  • Conducting research in person allows for a level of nuance and environmental context that remote methods often miss. These site visits and contextual inquiries provide a deep understanding of the physical constraints and real-world interruptions that define a user’s day-to-day experience.
